Dr. Varallo's South Jersey Weight Loss Program

Lipotropic Injection

Lipotropic agents (co-enzymes - amino acids) are a class of substances that play an important role in the body's use of FAT. Many substances have lipotropic properties such as CHOLINE, INOSITOL, and METHIONINE. They help reduce the excess accumulation of FAT in the liver and other tissue through their involvement in lipid (FAT) metabolism.

These injections are used to help you lose weight along with:

A - Proper diet and exercise (behavior modification)

B - Our 6 "Must Have" all natural supplements (Co-QlO + L-Carnatine & Alpha Lipoic Acid + Curcumin + Omega 3D) that will help you lose weight and extend your life.

C - Professional Blend Green Tea Extract to speed up your metabolism.

Introducing Lipo - Den Extreme (MICA-126): 1.2 ml. IM is recommended either once or twice per week. This will help you lose 2 to 3 lbs per week. Two injections per week are available for the morbidly obese patients, those who have gained weight rapidly, and/or those stuck in a plateau.

Choline & Inositol are required for the proper metabolism of FATS. They have the ability to remove fat from the liver. Without choline, FATS can be trapped in the liver, where they can block normal metabolic function.

Choline is a FAT emulsifier which aids in emulsifying cholesterol so that it doesn't bind to arterial walls (atherosclerosis). The choline / inositol combination helps the body utilize fats and cholesterol.

Inositol metabolizes fats and cholesterol and aids in transporting fat in the blood stream. It is am aid in the redistribution of body fat and can help to lower cholesterol levels. It also helps to maintain proper electrical energy and nutrient transfer across the cell membrane, which in turn facilitates nerve impulses.

Dexpanthenol (25mg) & Pyridoxine (25mg) or Vitamins 185 and B6 play a vital role in metabolism by breaking down fats and carbohydrates for energy. The higher the protein intake the greater is the requirement of B6. Vitamin B5 is critical to the manufacture of red blood cells. Vitamin B5 is also important in maintaining a healthy digestive tract and it helps the body use other vitamins more effectively it is sometimes called the "anti-srtess" vitamin because it is believed to enhance the activity of the immune system and improve the body's ability to withstand stressful conditions.

Hydroxocobolamin (500mcg), a unique form of Vitamin B12 that offers a longer lasting effect than the cyanocobolamin form. Vitamin B12 is needed for normal fatty acid and DNA synthesis of molecules involved in the production of energy Vitamin B12 deficiency can result in fatigue, cognitive impairment, neuropathies and sleep disorders.

Chromium Picolinate (25mcg), "the blood sugar nutrient." Promotes normal insulin function. May help metabolize fat, turn protein into muscle and convert sugar into energy. It helps to overcome cravings and levels out the highs and lows associated with a high carbohydrate diet. Chromium supports the conversion of food to energy and increases metabolic rate.

L-Carnitine (25mg), assists in the transport of fat through the cell membrane and into the mitochondria within the cell, where the fats are oxidized, resulting in the production of cellular energy (ATP). L-Camitine accelerates the rate of ketone production which has both a protein sparing effect and appetite suppressing effect.

Here is what these injections accomplish:

- Metabolize fat and remove it from the liver
- Improve your energy and mood
- Convert carbohydrates into energy
- Suppress appetite
- Lower your cholesterol (emulsify fat) and improve brain function
- Decrease water weight
